    Charcoal bins on performer

Like the other guys I keep mine in the bag than in the Performer ben. However, San Diego has very mild weather and our rain fall is about 7" a year. I find the charcoal ben very convenient and a great place to store a bag of charcoal. Good luck and good cooking Bill. Bill

    Hello from San Diego

Welcome to the forum Fabio. Yourself and many of us would love to see the powers to be at Weber come out with a 26.75 Performer. The best I've done is use the table on my Performer along side the 26. It works and I'm a happy guy. Again, welcome and jump on that 26. Bill

I think rotisserie cooking is much different than low & slow or hot & fast which you get with the Slow-N- Sear. When cooking with a rotisserie you...

    Couldn't resist these steaks.

Last week I'm in Costco and what do I see, Choice NYs for $7.99 per lb. I found the marbling to be what we call a "High Choice". Absolutely fantastic flavor and tenderness. Costco is hard to beat when it comes to their meat. Stocked up last week. Bill

    Used Summit Charcoal Grill

Thanks Greg, yes the MAK Grill/Smoker is one of the top pellet cookers on the market. If you're looking for a set it and forget it cooking machine the MAK is the one I chose. Unfortunately I haven't used mine for over a year now. I like playing with my other toys, WSM, Performer, 26.5, and PK...
