When we were in Puerto Rico one of the places we stayed had an electric Mokka Pot. Very easy and compact. Just add water and coffee. It was so good we bought a large stove top one when we got home. We use it almost every day.

We were at Lidl last week and they had grass fed NY Stips and lobster tails on sale. This is what I made for dinner tonight.

Somebody at Weber must be watching YouTube;-) This is the only Weber grill I still have for personal use, and even wrote up a thread on adding a rotisserie / riser system last summer.

Very true - The only time I do not use a chimney is for low and slow. Plus I kind of love when the flames are coming out the top;-)

Awesome. My wife just made this this week. What kind of artichokes did you use. I found some great frozen ones at Trader Joe's. I find them a lot better than the canned ones but TJ's is very far and do not get there often.

Is that because of the time or gas? I live pretty rural these days (looking to move) and retired so that seems to be about normal. I put a hitch with cargo rack on the Prius so gas is not too much of an issue. Those large Vikings and such lay down nice in the Sienna with a much lower lift...
