    Carlos you can find the Blues Hog Rub on BBQGuru.com. It is fantastic on ribs! They also make a BBQ sauce, actually 2 different ones that are my favorites. The Tennesse Red BBQ sauce has a little kick to it. I am confident you will like them.

    Bob, DON'T clean it! Honestly when I first bought my performer I cleaned the grate with an SOS pad took the finish off, and my food tasted like soap no matter how much I rinsed it. The fellow at my local BBQ store told me I took the coating off and that was why. So I ended buying another one...
