Since I've moved to the Nashville area I've decided to see anyone I can afford before they are gone. There is a venue here that had ZZ Top and Jeff Beck last year. Missed that one. John Fogerty is playing here in July. Already have tickets.
We had a guy living in our dorm at college. VERY strange fellow. He would talk to himself while we were watching TV in the lobby. Someone would ask what he said to which he replied "I wasn't talking to you!"
I'm the one who started the thread Dan referenced. I looked at the Spirit E-330 and the Genesis II E-335. They have the same features, Side Burner and Sear Zone. Where they differ is the Genny is larger, 669 vs 424 square inches and the Genny has stainless flavorizer bars vs the porcelain...
So far this week, in addition to the chicken, I've cooked hamburgers and hotdogs, Pepper Stout Beef, pork chops and brats. Trying the get the hang of this thing. Learning as I go.
I had all 3 burners, except the sear burner, on Medium. The lid thermometer said 325. I may have not preheated long enough.
Learning a new tool is about the journey.
