    Weber 9890 rotisserie weight

First investigate if the handle is threaded onto the rod or pressed straight on if you can. If threaded, just turn it on farther to expose more threads. If pressed on and you are convinced the rod goes all the way through, just put a flat washer on and then a regular nut and clamp the rod in a...

    Baking tips please

I have only tried pie and cornbread on my S330 which has north south burners. I just used one outside burner and baked on the other end. Didn’t raise or alter anything. I did have to turn them occasionally as the heat come from just one side. Late in the fall when it is colder I could use the...

    Weber 9890 rotisserie weight

That is mounted different than most handle/weights so actual pics would be really helpful for us to advise you Mark. If the rod goes right through the handle carving some off the handle might do it. If the threaded piece holding the weight is just pressed into the handle it could be defective...

Bah, aftermarket igniter lasted less than 18 months.

Joe, I am sure you can find them cheaper than $43 on Amazon. The regular price here is $30 Cdn and I got it on a 50% off sale for $15. You can get them for 4”, 5” and 6” vices. The price goes up with the size. For those here in Canada, I got mine at Princess Auto.

Bah, aftermarket igniter lasted less than 18 months.

Yeah, that price was way too much but it had good pictures for you to get the idea. I have used it numerous times over the years to make brackets etc or to fabricate repair pieces. At $15 Canadian it has paid for itself.

Bah, aftermarket igniter lasted less than 18 months.

Bruce, I have one of these vise mount bending brakes that I got on sale for $15. It works well for small jobs like that igniter box. Harbour Freight might have them. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GXYMHTH/?tag=tvwb-20

    Travelers on sale. $249

Richard, you could always use a two way splitter if you already have a large tank on another grill or appliance. It would save another tank. Just add an adapter hose. If not, you cold look at an extension hose (see link) for a big tank which would allow you to keep the tank farther away where...

I will just leave this here

There is a fish food plant near us that puts it’s unwanted shipping pallets out for people to take if they want. I use them to pile firewood on to dry and to keep things up off the concrete floor in my shed which tends to sweat and ruin some things. Better than trashing them.
