    Hasselback Chicken

Rich and Ken, back when there was a butcher here, mine told me to partially freeze chicken to slice it thin for fondue. It should work for hasselback chicken too. He would slice beef for me on his slicer but because of cross contamination he would not do chicken.

    Meat storage/freezing?

Rich, I defrost mine in the winter on any day it is below 0 C (32 F) and I sit the food on the deck in laundry baskets. 😆 Had this freezer for years. Not sure what I will get when it dies.

    Review: Weber Grate Grill Cleaner

Thanks Bob. I use the wooden scraper now too on my Weber Q grates. Got a Silver C to refurb for a friend and the CI grates we’re not rusted (which is unusual) but really gunked up so was just wondering. I will probably just use the drill/grinder to wire brush them and if that works, just season...

    Weber are Geniuses

On most used grills they are so gunked up you have a hard time getting them out.

    Weber 220000 Question

Christopher, the new burners you buy should have spider screens built in so you will not need those plastic ones, one of which looks like it burned up anyway.

    Review: Weber Grate Grill Cleaner

Chris, you used this on a grate from your smoker where you cooked at lower temperatures. I have tried this on my Genesis S330 stainless steel grates after a high temp cook and did not get near the results you did. It has virtually sat on the shelf since. Easy off for me on the SS grates...

Weber Genesis 300 series deformed cook box questions

I dont think this will have any effect on the grills performance or safety but what do u guys think? If this is true, I would leave it alone. If it was thin enough to warp, it will probably crack or shatter easily. A cosmetic imperfection is preferable to a broken firebox any day in my book.

Genesis 2 Redhead Resto (edited: not 2000)

Jason you should really have a centre drill bit to get the hole started as they will not “walk” like a regular bit. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ZYXXX1Y/?tag=tvwb-20

    Smokey Mountainstein

I plan on building one from an old Genesis frame. For the top I saved the stainless steel front off of my old dishwasher when I scrapped it.

    Weber genesis silver score.

Justin, it is in better shape than the one I have to restore. I have to finish my 3000 first though. Good Luck with it.
