Hacked this together in 30 minutes. I got this Genesis Gold B as a donor grill because I needed a blue lid. Flipped side tables around, IKEA cutting board in middle. Wine bottles fit in condiment rack. Towel holder can use some more work.

I’ve researched the Cajun Fryer, it looks like ideal for frequent fryers. I’m using traditional electric now but don’t get a lot of mileage before batter buildup starts to burn.

Thanks Bill, that’s what I thought too. Unlike other Vieluxe grills on this forum that I’ve seen, mine looks like they never welded the right side tab on. No weld marks whatsoever. My lid seems to close straight and not cockeyed though. Maybe I got a factory reject, the runt unicorn
