Looks to be a bare-bones 18.5 kettle. On the plus side, it's a 3-wheeler.

The one I have came from a natural gasser. Don't know whether it would be compatible with propane or whether it could be modified to work.

As for the conversion, your best bet is to go with a complete manifold. Jon K is selling one here: 300 Propane Manifold

If memory serves, the "Bar-B-Kettle" (not Bar-B-Q-Kettle) was an economy version that had all-black wheels and had user-installed screw-on vents. I have an 18.5 K code that has the usual four straps for the cooking grate. K code Google Album

I ended up powering through and finishing reassembly of the E-310 yesterday. Here's the CL ad. I tried to price it at the lower end of what I've seen in the local market. I'd be happy to receive any insight on pricing/presentation, etc.
