Parting with a red lid for a 3 burner Genesis.

Yes. Plus packing material it is way too expensive. Probably triple digits.

Parting with a red lid for a 3 burner Genesis.

I was thinking about $30 obo.

Parting with a red lid for a 3 burner Genesis.

I have a red lid for the old 3 burner Genesis I no longer need and want to sell. Originally I wanted it for my grill but decided to keep my blue lid. The enamel is in perfect condition. No cracks. It just needs deep cleaning, new paint on the side panels and a new handle. Shipping is probably...

    Weber genesis 4000 or 5000 ?

That actually is an even earlier Genesis 4. The predecessor to the 4000. See link to the brochure. It even has the same color in the brochure. https://tvwbb.com/docs/1990-weber-genesis-brochure.pdf

    Amigo, It's Cold Outside

Besides the catastrophic handling of the power situation here in the banana republic of Texas I would love to see a change in how we build houses . If our houses would have proper insulation in walls and roofs we would not need that much energy in the first place. In winter everything freezes up...

    Amigo, It's Cold Outside

It is absolutely nuts here. And these blackouts are weird. On Monday we were out of power for up to 8h per outage. Now it is down to 4h to 5h. Power came on at 7am and lets see for how long. Then we have friends who are a few blocks away which never had a power outage at all. It was cold the...

    Amigo, It's Cold Outside

It was about 2F this morning. Freezing cold. The temperature in the house was down to 51. power came on from 7:30 to 10am. Then back off. Now back on at 2:30pm. Lets see for how long. Looks like they are doing 6-7 hour cycles. House is fine. I have not discovered frozen pipes yet. But the pool...

    Amigo, It's Cold Outside

Texas is not prepared for this weather. Something needs to change. Seriously. It is about 0F out there and we have had no electricity for about 14 hours today. It just came back on again at 1:30 am in the morning and I have no idea for how long. It is a disaster how this has been handled today...

With A Touch Of A Button, New Weber® Genesis® and Spirit® Smart Gas Grills Help Grillers Create The Perfect Meal Every Time With Ease

For me that Traveler is way too big as a camping grill. I try to travel light when camping. When we bought our Popup trailer many years ago it came with a free Thermos grill2go which looks to be a similar size than than the Traveler. It took up way too much space. We only took it on a trip once...

I will just leave this here

Yes I have seen that one. There are a few nut cases out there. Like this Smokey Joe for $900. https://www.ebay.com/itm/SIMPSONS-10th-ANNIVERSARY-HOMER-WEBER-SMOKEY-JOE-CHARCOAL-GRILL-NEW-IN-BOX/122810959787?hash=item1c981a87ab:g:~IkAAOSwh1haDLBP People don't even buy the ones listed for around...

I will just leave this here

Oops. My bad. I just looked at the headline where it said $60 for a Weber grill. This is the max I would spent. But I did restore one like the first one. But in average I made 1 from 2 grills. I did accumulate a bunch of parts with spare grills. So whenever I found an old grill for free or even...

I will just leave this here

This is the first worthwhile restoration candidate I have seen in months: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/452262706134162/?ref=search&referral_code=undefined And maybe that one: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/3723612244397598/?ref=search&referral_code=undefined Most other...

Show us your grill loading ramp! How do you load those grills in your truck by yourself?

I don't have a truck. Only a minivan and an SUV. In the Sienna I could easily fit two grills upright without the lid on. Just lift it up on one side with the large wheels and then roll it in. No ramp needed. When I had to haul more than two grills I rented a U-Haul trailer. The small ones are...

With A Touch Of A Button, New Weber® Genesis® and Spirit® Smart Gas Grills Help Grillers Create The Perfect Meal Every Time With Ease

I just waiting for the grill where you can regulate the temperature via app on your phone and the grill gets embedded into the network of your smart home. The food delivery driver will put the steaks on your grill and you switch it on while still being at work. All done when you get home. :ROFLMAO:

With A Touch Of A Button, New Weber® Genesis® and Spirit® Smart Gas Grills Help Grillers Create The Perfect Meal Every Time With Ease

This is for the Generation-Z who seems to be born with the phone attached to their hands. lol... I am not a big fan either of replacing the mechanical lid thermometer with a digital thermometer in the side table. I also wonder where the sensor sits for the cookbox thermometer. And then the web...

Larry, what kind of mixers are your estoring? Kitchaid? And yes that "vintage" or "antique" labeling is stupid.

I will just leave this here

I have seen plenty of older grills for high prices as well but hardly anything that would be a reasonable cheap candidate for a rehab. In general the old Genesis and x000 models seem have disappeared here. I don't even remember the last time I saw a x000 for sale. Now it is more 2 and 3 burner...
