Smoked a Turkey Breast on the 22 using Mesquite wood. Cooked at 275 for 2 hrs. Spritzed with Spray Butter. Base Coat was Texas Trinity & applied Smoked Paprika on top of that. Then made my Favorite Pie Coconut Cream
Cooked 2-18 lb Briskets for 15 hrs using Pecan. Marinated Chicken for Fajitas served with all the Fixins, Mexican Street Corn & Spanish Rice. White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake for Dessert
