Andrew, Looking back at your original pics, that grill that you got looks to be a Genesis 4000. It has the hardware and slide bar for a right side table. Check the serial number under the control panel.

Check under the right control panel for the serial number information to get an exact date on this grill. Mid 90's is my bet.

I don’t see a slide bar for the flip table. Might be missing or maybe the older style flip table. This might help date this grill.

Looking for a left hand slide bar assembly for a Genesis 2000 mid 90's grill. Specifically, I would buy the small plastic slide, But would also buy the left hand slide bar and its support rod as a packaged assembly. I do not need the table or any of the table brackets. Thanks.

Actually, they might be 7/16 in size thread cutting nuts.

They are called thread cutting nuts or self cutting nuts, I think they the size is for 1/4 inch stud.

I would buy this lid if you don't need it. I think that it it compatible with a Gen 1000. Did you get your green lid?

Dave, What is the condition of your black lid. Does it have any of the Weber fade?

It was a smoker kit for the genesis grills. It came with the shortened modified grate.

Can you post a picture of what this looks like?

I would also want the plastic pieces to be suspended off of the bottom, I worry that they might melt if in contact with the bottom of the pot.
