I guess I picked the wrong place to look for help with making a grill perform like it should. 3 years old, not a conversion, and neither Weber nor my NG utility has a solution for a problem that has existed since new. Goodbye all. TJH

Sorry, but I have to retract my recommendation of this vendor. After very close examination, the thread pitch is wrong, not just the outside diameter. This ordeal would have been a lot easier if Weber would just sell these, without making me purchase the entire manifold assembly. TJH

I would say that the flame is about a 1/2" taller than it was originally. Image 0918 is with a .065" orifice, 0919 is with a .0625". I think I'm going back to the .0625's, I like the way it ignites a little better, not as aggressive a "woooosh". TJH
