I retired from the USPS and headed overseas. I love history and the occasional mystery novel. I'm a "theoretical" sort of guy so I love to research whatever grabs my interest. For the last few years that has been food.
I have returned to the USA after living overseas for almost 10 years. I enjoy low and slow BBQ, prefer charcoal over gas, though I'm fine with using whatever is at hand.
Pizza, Ice Cream, Low & Slow BBQ! A bit of history, a bit of mystery, mix them and I am happy!
