Tired of running multiple water filter systems

Since you are starting with a 1/2" hole and enlarging it to 1", the bit will not be under much stress.

Tired of running multiple water filter systems

From experience from my bits, the drilled hole is the same size as the marking provided you have the bit squared up.

And don't run your drill at high speed. When getting close to the size hole that you need, take your time and only do 1 step at a time and measure between steps since you can't reverse the drill and make the hole smaller.

    Replacement OK'd by SWMBO!!

I bought a foodsaver several years ago on sale that has worked fine for me but I don't use it very often.

Looks like a nice compact unit. I am apprehensive about units with proprietary filters and companies who emphasize marketing over technology.

If possible try sampling water at different parts of your system. For example before the faucet and after the faucet to help determine the source of the problem.

Tired of running multiple water filter systems

I originally had an issue with bio film in my RO system. I turns out that was because I had a 1 micron carbon filter downstream of the 5 micron sediment filter and 5 micron carbon filter. I re-pipped it to use the 1 micron carbon block as a "polishing" filter after my RO tank. I havn't had a...

    Beer.

If you like lager beers, I highly recommend Goldfinger Brewing Company in Downers Grove, they only serve lagers. Near Westchester I suggest Imperial Oak, Buckledown Brewery, and Noon Whistle Brewing. +1 for Sawa's Old Warsaw Restaurant. For European sytle restraunts with a great selection of...

I added a stout tap to my tap tower. Now I need to install my gas blender, purchase a nitrogen tank, and brew an Irish Stout and I will be able to pour nitro stouts at home.🍻

    Induction Ranges

When I installed my basement kitchen (from stratch) there was almost a 1/2" difference from the counter top height on either side of the range, most likely due to the unlevel concrete floor. I corrected for this by shaving the bottom of the base cabinet on the right side of the range...

Or you can overcomplicate this by moving the upper right cabinets over by 1/2".

"Intelligent Personalized Cooking" either that is some creative marketing words or it comes with a personalized chef. Nice score!

    Induction Ranges

I was fortunate as my kitchen shared a common wall with my garage so I punched a hole in the wall and ran the vent pipe up through the garage roof. More like 72K BTU before being derated by converting to NG. Still makes short work of heating my strike water. I thought about an AIO system but...

    Induction Ranges

I found this out very quickly after upgrading the range in the kitchen to a 36" Viking professional. I ended up installing a vent hood which has dual blowers and is vented to the outside. I brew in my basement which I converted my Edlemetal burner to natural gas. I also installed a vent hood...
