    Heatermeter on battery success!

I've just tested the current draw on my build from a 12V SLA battery. Figured it might be useful to someone. Had to use the meter at amp range rather than milliamps, so allow a little variance. Setup: HM 4.3 mated to a RPi v3 using the internal WiFi. Standard blower attached - no damper. LCD...

New build - HM 4.3 No power to LCD

Looking at picture 7 it looks like one of the pins to the 100u cap closest to the 3.3v regulator hasn't soldered properly. Looks like you might have a few cold solder joints. I'd start with reflowing suspect solder joints.

New Pi Zero $5 stripped down RasPi

If only your right button works then it's likely your resistors for R2, R9, and R11 are wrong. The BOM had a mistake for those until recently and missed the "k" out. Verify that you have: R2: 3k9 R9: 8k2 R11: 1k8

    HeaterMeter Hardware v4.3.3, v4.3.4, v4.3.5, v4.3.6

Simple fix :) The figures were right in front of me when building and I didn't pick up on the missing "k" on the bags. Cheers for everything Bryan! I've mated this to a RPi3 using the latest firmware and what I've tested so far works perfectly. Now I just need to hook it all up to the WSM...

Just a quick update. I've replaced the three resistors and now everything works perfectly! Awesome project guys!

Thank you! I ordered the parts from the linked Mouser project just two days before you posted this. I've spent a while tonight trying to figure out why only the right button works while the others don't work most of the time or do something very strange occasionally. Also noticed that when...
