Thanks Dave, I shot you a PM about the SS Performer - let me know if you are interested. If not I'll slap it and the 2012 up on CL in the next few days.
I ended up swapping my beloved CB Performer onto the SS cart and now have this lovely little rig:
Now the search continues for a WSM...
Hi Brian, do you cook for large groups or mainly for your own household?
If you only smoke small amounts of food in one shot (ie, couple pork butts or a few racks of ribs) I would sell the 22.5" and pick up a 14.5" or make a Mini-WSM you can keep in the shed/garage and then get a performer for...
Great info everyone. And let me say that Chris is not messing around when he says these are a bear to clean. After about 40 min of hard scrubbing I ended up with this...!!
Well worth the effort IMO! I generally only smoke a few racks at a time so I will pop most partitions out to make...
Thanks Rolf, unfortunatley no hope of finding the rest of the kit with the previous owner. I will see if i can clean it up and use it as-is... If not i will offer it up to anyone who can use it/wants it.
Cheers,
Matt

Cheers,
Thanks for the comments guys but it looks like we better adjust the title to read 4 scores in one week :)
Less than 6 hours after I started this post ANOTHER amazing condition SS Performer popped up on CL. I couldn't believe my eyes or resist temptation and now have 3 performers in the back...
After keeping an eye on CL for almost a year now I have come to realize how slim the pickings are when it comes to old or collectable kettles here in Canada (At least here in Vancouver). Because of this I keep an eye on the CL just south of the border and have snagged one or two items that way...
Thanks for the kind words everybody!
I'm glad i snapped the snow pic while I had the chance because it started to rain and the white stuff was mostly gone by the end of the night. Here's hoping we get a bit more in time for Christmas
Another outstanding cook Maribel and Tony! it's 7:45am and I'm already thinking about lunch!
Any tips on roughly how long the fish goes into the oil for? and at what temp? Yours looks perfect!
