I tried something a lil different. With all knobs off, I opened the LP tank a qtr turn very slowly then lit three burners. I then opened the tank very very slowly over the next 10 mins. After about 15 mins, I got to 550, then fired the sear burner and went to 575. Not great, but far better than...

I assembled it myself. The LP tank is new. I've tried opening the valve very slowly with no change. If the bypass gets triggered, it won't go above 200. Are there additional bypass mechanisms on LP tanks that will decrease the flow incrementally? Or is the bypass either "on" or "off"?

I have a brand new E330 LP. The max temp I can reach is about 450 on the hood thermometer after about 20 mins. Even after 40 mins of preheating with all burners (even the sear burner) on high, I'm only getting 450. Another clue may be that the flame is not visible at all. I've taken everything...
