Sometimes you have to "Roll with the Changes", due to circumstances double pork butt cook was moved to Smoke Day :) They went on around 6:15 this morning.

Our Smoke Day will be on Friday this year, doing a double pork butt cook.

I've got a couple of pork butts thawing. Those are going on the WSM tomorrow morning. Having some friends over tomorrow as well. Making chicken thighs, asparagus and also pub burgers (to go on pretzel buns) on the kettle for supper.

Sad to hear, RIP Cliff. Going to fire up the kettle later and have one for Bob and Cliff.
