Hey! I have a 2010 Performer. Usually I smoke with this grill and have had pretty good results. Today I'm doing ribs and just wondering if anyone here has used just the one char-coal basket instead of the two. I figure I'd have more grill room and it might be easier to manage the heat. Any thoughts?
