i never wash mine. water kills them. dont think leaving them in the UDS hanging in between cooks is bad like the grill on my propane bbq i clean them with a wire brush before each cook but the probes are very delicate so I tend to leave em alone

They are the Mavrik 72/73 probes. no bone, no flame up and no lid off. it when up WAY fast then came right back down. i didnt touch anything. is there a data log anywhere? Pork came out perfect but just got a bit worried there for a minute when the RAMP mode kicked in and started lowering...

can the HM code do a reverse SSH tunnel to somewhere so that our remove clients can connect to a central site for access?? ex: my nest thermostat outbound ssh's to google and the nest android app gets all its info there?
