    I'm doing a sampler. This is only to start. My wife bought me a beer tasting for my birthday, so we have a local beer expert coming over and bringing more samples for all of the boys.

    Just sprayed my butt down with apple juice and Crown Royal. Maybe a couple of sprays for the chef too.

    Just have a Pork Butt on. Smoked with hickory and basted with apple juice.

    Happy Smoke Day to Everyone! Just waking up on the West Coast and time to put a Butt on. I have the best wife in the world and she hired the local beer expert to come in and do a beer tasting today. Just the boys hanging out sampling beer and loving life.
