    13 pound packer, I trimmed it up pretty good so not sure of the total weight.

    Putting it on around 8. Rubbed with some Worcestershire, salt, pepper a little garlic powder and cayenne. Going 225 until bark sets and wrapping in butcher paper. Pictures to follow.....

    AMEN!! While they have amazing customer service after I saw Harry Soo bust out the welded chute I was pretty clear in my email. I did send pictures the day before and was waiting on a response but the welded version seems like a must have upgrade in my opinion.

    Very nice!! I took the pellet hopper out, moving around some pellets every 5 hours or so is not a big deal to me. I like the 22# hopper as it allows you to add a full bag when you are running low. Keep them cooks coming.

    Love this thing, I was able to pick up a brisket this morning so, Thursday night due to rain this weekend, keep an eye out for my first SmokeFire brisket!!

    Good question, I had that at 425 and the smoke is minimal, at 225 it puts out a lot more smoke.
