    I got some good news and I got some bad news

    Very nice!! Got a rental in Tahoe once and the grill was disgusting and unusable. I always wondered why it was part of the add for the place.

    Love al pastor. Great cook Chuck. I did some on a rotisserie once. I turned my kitchen and backyard orange by the time I was done. I like your method.
