    Q Cut up some springs to size of the good one, it seems to be stronger compression. Will give it a go later and let you know the results, might be tomorrow have appts today. Thanks again.

    Bruce, If at all possible would prefer to do it “on the cheap” . Checked my local buy nothing site on FB and came up blank. Weber has a replacement manifold at discount rate of $90 including shipping. Replacement valves cost between 25 and 36, I need at least 2 valves. need might go for the...

    Rusted out drip tray rail removal and replacement

    i've tried PB blaster, propane torch, vise grips etc. the penetrating oil isn't getting down to the threads as the old drip tray piece is stuck under the screw head. i might get ahold of the smallest easy out bolt extractor or just drill and tap the hole. thanks

    pulled apart my 22 yr old 1000, and need to remove the rusted screws from the fire box. can't seem to find the info on this topic. viewed it before becoming a member, any assistance is gratefully appreciated. thanks in advance
