Question on Leftovers using a Food saver.

We vac sealed leftover baked Mac & Cheese ( cut into individual portions ) and some Lasagna roll ups ( two to a pack ) from Thanksgiving and left them in the bottom drawer of my beer fridge.
I was planning on bringing them to my Mom later that week, but got swamped with work and forgot about them till today.
Do you think they're good or toss em?

Sounds like it's been quite a long time. How does the seal look? If there's any air inside the bags I'd toss them.
 
Bags look good and the seal is fine. I drooped them in a sink of water and they didn't float.
