I found this one and have altered it a bit and have had good luck with it on New Yorks, and Rib steaks using the "Kevinator Method" (found on this site) with my 22.5" Weber kettle:
1 Cup Wish-Bone Italian Salad Dressing
1/4 Cup Aloha Soy Sauce
1/4 L&P Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 TSP Cayenne pepper
1/4 TSP Black Pepper (cracked)
Garlic (crushed, or pressed)
Marinade steaks in Gallon zip-lock for 4-12 hours.
