Does anyone use zyliss gadgets? I recently got some knives at ace on sale and they are nice. I saw they have one piece silicone spatula and other stuff and I am wondering how well they hold up.

Been using their stuff for years good quality for the money. I use their stuff while cooking on tailgates and stuff ( four days a week) and everything gets thrown in rubbermaid totes and rides in back of a pickup truck bed for 8 months a year. Their knives with the plastic covers are great cheap knives.

I've used their standard garlic press for many years. I've tried others; Zyliss is the best -- crushes the whole clove, easy to clean. No gimmicks.

the Zyliss ice cream scoop I have is head & shoulders above any other scoop I've ever used. Not a huge deal but quality is nice.

I like most of their stuff -
In addition to a high level of functionality, much of it also has:
-A little visual design flare
-Nice grips that fit the hand well
-Smooth curves (lack of nooks & crannies where crud can collect)
I have one of their hand-crank cheese graters (Olive Garden uses them - so I figure that they should easily hold up to home use.)
