EP-320 SS Grates

I just purchased the EP-320 with the SS grates and have an overlapping issue (about a 1/4 "). I noticed the other models in the stores seemed like they fit really really tight or they overlapped a little. Anyone else have this problem??

I called Weber and they are sending me another set pronto.

Strange, my friend has two EP's in his store I was looking at and they didn't have that problem.
