I have an original Thermapen.

Do I need a waterproof one?

Do you have more than one Thermapen?

I found a site where they are $69 + shipping.

I personally have 2. One I keep at home and the other I keep in my car and use on vacations, etc.
$69 is a great price.

I agree with Corey. It is more about wants than needs. After all Grillin and smokin is more about relaxing and having fun that filling a need. So if you want it, and can afford it, then get it and enjoy life.

By all means, two Thermapens. My wife wondered why I needed two Harleys.

May I ask your source of the $69 deals?

Thermapen had an open box sale starting July 22. I ended up getting a pink one. They are all gone now.
