This is a little trailer that is open thursdays, fridays, and Saturdays.
It's at 5850 East Riverside (near riverside and mulford)
I had the chance to go there tonight.
Sadly - it was less then spectacular.
The ribs were untrimmed spare ribs. They had no color. They were tough and chewy.
The pulled pork was smokey, but unseasoned and kinda sticky. The chicken wasn't bad though.
