WSM Mini Build is Done.....FINALLY

Well after finally gathering all the parts and setting aside some time to build it, the mini is done.

Not sure if I'm going to paint it or not as it's going to spend most of it's time in our RV getting banged around with the other gear. The 18.5 will still handle most of the work at home and the mini will be for camping. Or who knows, maybe the odd small smoke at home.

It's cooking away behind me as I type this - whole chicken. One thing I'm noticing right of the hop, A little vent adjustment goes a long way (up or down) and it doesn't take long to happen. I'm assuming the limited volume inside compared to my 18.5 is why.
