Winter warm up, Smoked chicken noodle soup.

Sorry everyone but I only have pics of the finished soup. I did a 6lb. chicken on my 14.5 on new years day, vertical on the lower rack. Used my spanek with a can of 7up for a little moisture. Basic rub, seasoned salt and some Tony Chachere's Original. Broke the chicken down after it was done and refrigerated. Used the wing tips and carcass along with the fresh oregano, basil and rosemary I had left from my Rib Roast on Christmas. I also trimmed up some celery and used the tips and center stalks too. Lets the stock come together on Saturday for about 6hrs on the stove. Today I got home from work and diced the chicken, cut baby carrots, celery and fresh mushrooms . I heated the stock and first dropped in the carrots, then the chicken, celery, mushrooms and finished it off with some flat leaf parsley. Here's pics of the pot as well as my bowl.
