White Oak Question - Brian Dahl you out there?

So I was chopping up some white oak for tonight's pizza and I came up with this...Is it white oak? It's different from every other piece I've chopped up so far

I'm pretty sure it's Oak (I don't think it's white oak) but it wasn't seasoned, I put it in and all it did was pour out smoke. Pulled it out for another day

Looks like cherry to me or some other fruit wood.

I'm not sure white oak has that distinct of a heart to it. (The dark brown in the center)
