What size?

Looking to get back in the saddle and start cooking at home again. I used to use the wsm and excessive amount but that was before there were size options etc. Any advice on what to get aside from the obvious of if you're cooking for a lot of people get a bigger one! I guess what I mean is do they all behave similarly and are there any other differences?

Thank you for any assistance!

Clark, I'm still a newcomer of sorts here, but I own the 18.5" and 14.5" models, and I say get the 18.5" smoker. I may change my mind one day and say otherwise, but after two months or so of smoking butts on the little smoker, it just doesn't have the richness of flavor I've gotten from the 18.5" model. Maybe the little WSM just needs more seasoning? Not really sure just yet.

As for the 22.5" WSM, I hear it smokes great meat, but it also consumes a lot of coals.

Out of curiosity, how many pounds of coals does the 22.5" smoker ring hold ? I know the 18.5" model holds 10 pounds if I remember correctly (maybe more if it's a heaping load).

Thanks for links, Chris.
