We are on our 2nd one now and it travels in our motorhome for that special meal of an evening after we have found a quality butcher. :)

Probably our standout performance was at the Southern tip of Eire, at the Lusitania memorial. That name might jog some of the history buffs minds.

Anyway, it was a bonny night, not, wind about force 8, I had already turned the vehicle into the wind and put down the rear stays, said stays worth their weight in gold in a gale, and managed to light the barbie in the torrential rain. The food as ever was lovely if cooked a bit faster than normal given the force of air it was getting.

Wouldn't leave home with out ours.
