Wal-Mart clearance and FANTASTIC! Weber customer service

Just had to share... found a 14.5" WSM on clearance at my local Wal-Mart for $65. It was the floor model, no box. I quickly inspected it, and everything was there EXCEPT the rubber grommet. I already have a 18.5 model, and a 22" WTG with Cajun Bandit, but to be honest, the little 14.5 was so cute I wanted it. My wife told me I was crazy.

Still, for $65?

So I bought it, and called Weber to buy the grommet. And once on the phone, the customer rep and I started conversing about our other WSMs and she shared some tricks she learned on her 14.5. So she took my order for the grommet, but when it came time to pay, NO CHARGE. Weber is sending me a grommet for FREE!

Weber is a FANTASTIC company!

Walmart is the best for Weber Clearance stuff, but you have to have a keen eye...

I typically walk thru the grill area whenever I go, just to see what they have left.

I picked up a 14.5"WSM for $150. Normally $200. Nothing like your $65 steal though!!
I picked up a gas Spirit 310 for $350. normally $500.
