Been busy with life, as everyone understands. I've still been grilling/smoking/cooking. Here are a few pics. Thanks to everyone that continues to post through the business! Keeps me entertained and inspired.
Had a buddy and his kids over while our wives were out of town. Cheesesteaks and jalapeno poppers. The toothpicks were necessary cause this was my homemade bacon, cut too thin to nicely wrap around the jalapeno like store bought. Tasted better though.
Diced up some "stew meat" chunks, soaked in worcheshire and a few other nice spices for heat. Smoked for about 45 minutes with oak wine barrel chunks. Threw them over ramen just to make a meal out of them without doing a stew.
Did huge steak dinner with a sirloin and small porterhouse. Did the porterhouse in my new favorite Espresso rub, and did the sirloin more simple for the boys with a rub of dried herbs.
