Quick question to which brand of briquette you use, it's cost and best deals you have seen?

I currently use weber long lasting premium briquttes and just ordered 20kg for £29 delivered.

I know this will last for 7-8 BBQ but still think it's quite expensive.

So What do you use and what's the best deal you have got?

Hi,

I bought my last lot of Weber Long Lasting from Hayes - http://www.hayesgardenworld.co.uk/product/weber-charcoal-briquettes-long-lasting-7kg?gclid=Cj0KEQjwstaqBRCT38DWpZjJotIBEiQAERS6_HAUhAytvDAK5D_9ggF6JvbW9w81CsRVrmzTAA9dUeMaAu8H8P8HAQ

But this works out about the same as what you have just paid. I have previously bought this from here, but they have put their prices up recently - http://www.birstall.co.uk/products/weber-7kg-premium-long-lasting-briquettes-.html

However I have just found this site, looks like a better deal, so might give them a try next time - http://www.worldofpower.co.uk/weber-10kg-charcoal-briquettes.html?gclid=CjwKEAjwm-aqBRD39YPqhbzthzYSJACFj-Atpv3oeAes9IwH3ZmPExawivwqAxRFAxSeTjasiTEFKRoCjxTw_wcB

But if anyone else anywhere has any other deals that would be great! :)

World of power does look very good!

That's where I initially went to order from until it showed up as £13 shipping haha. (I live in Aberdeen which sometimes gets hit with "Scottish highlands" delivery uplifts)

Would be worthwhile looking out for free postage offers. Currently only free over £100.

I ordered from garden4less who currently have 10kg for £14.99 and free delivery over £25

£13 shipping, that explains the cheap price then. I usually stock up on a few bags, but usually spend around £50, although might be worth spending that bit more next time for that deal if its free delivery over £100. I will check out Garden4Less aswell. I have heard good things about Aussie Heat beads, but can't find any deals better than for the Weber Premium briquettes so I stick with that as does the job for me especially when smoking.

try WOWBBQ - they'll even throw in free shipping if you buy enough. And they will price match any other UK website or shop.
As a bonus use code CHRIS20 to make sure you get the best deal

Haha another aberdonian!

Garden4less isn't to bad as its 10kg bags and shipping free if you can get at least 2 bags

There was a place selling for 9.99 for 10kg but would need 11 bags for free shipping(£100 minimum spend)I could be up for splitting an order like that. £60 for 60kg each!
