Alright! Glad to see you cookin up some roto ribs Jimmy! Don't they turn out great? I won't stop doing them low and slow, but this is a great way to get some outstanding ribs fast. Going to have to try some baby back ribs next (maybe for the throw down).

This is a terrific post! Love the look of those ribs (can dern near smell them from here)!! I have been resisting buying a rotisserie (running out of places to put stuff:rolleyes:) but posts such as this make me wonder at my decision...

I didn't think you would use solution ribs. Thanks for confirming.
They do have both. Pick N Save has natural ribs
