I did a Turkey a couple of weeks ago and am just now figuring out how to post pics. Five years of college and i can not post pics my parents would be proud. I brined the 10 lb turkey overnight in salt, apple juice, thyme, and sage. After brine I let it sit and dry in fridge
It cooked at 225 for 4 hours. Next time I will cook at 325 instead
