Picked up a nice looking Tri-tip and a package of fresh Johnsonville brats. Marinated the Tri-tip in Moore's original marinade. Put them both on indirect using lump charcoal.

I see Moore's marinade in the stores, but haven't tried it....yet.
 
I need to explore Tri Tips much more!
I believe I have two lounging in the deep freezer. Maybe I should use one as “Protein Ice” when we go to the cottage?
