Tiny Filets and Grilled Zucchini Rolls

For Christmas my aunt and uncle gave me a whole beef tenderloin. I cut the ends into filets, left the center cut intact and froze all of it. Here are a few of the filets (still haven't grilled the roast yet) with some Grilled Zucchini Rolls with Herbed Goat Cheese & Kalamata Olives and a simple salad.

Ready for the heat.

Zucchini first.

Then the tiny filets and some garlic, rosemary oil.

Zucchini done and smeared with the goat cheese & olive spread and rolled.

Plated.

Again, perfection, Don. Thanks for sharing your hobby.

Great dinner Don. A perfect solution for those that wonder if grilled food can be healthy and tasty. I would eat that every day.

Very nice pictures.

I would love to get a whole tenderloin or striploin as a christmas gift but my parents insist on getting me some materialistic stuff that I will never use.

Don,
I misread your title, thought it said Tiny Fillets, so I was expecting maybe sardines

Hey, A Moe. Where in the Twin Cities are you located? I spent a good part of my youth in Apple Valley. I loved living up there then but now, as an adult, don't think I could take the Winters...
