What is thw best thermometer on the market. I'd like duals. For meat and air.

Probably Thermoworks. You pay for the Pro grade.

Maverick is good. Consumer grade so a lot cheaper.

Although simply answered, not a simple question. "best" in accuracy?, remote capabilities? Strength of probe?, temperature range? Best price? Single,dual, triple probe? It depends on your priorities.

I find that I use my Thermapen more than my remote thermometer.
