All I can see is the improper use of "there" on the KFC sign. The your, you're, hear, here, etc. also drive me nuts.

Sometimes it is so hard to follow a thought with the use of the improper homonym along with incorrect or totally missing punctuation. They used to beat that stuff into us when I was in school.

I do a lot of newspaper archive research. People have always been grammatically challenged in this regard. My pet peeve is "would of" instead of "would've".

Taken down by a giant LEGO! When I was a kid, it was those 6-32 screws from my Erector Set. My Mom would step on one of those and I learned a lot about adult language.

The worst around our house was when my sisters wound leave jacks on the floor. Dang them things smarted!

The word "wound" above should have been "would". Decided not to edit, as it is very descriptive of the result.
