Hi all!

Let's hear your tailgate/gameday recipes! I am going to a tailgate this Saturday for the Michigan State vs. Oregon game and my buddy and I were asked to either smoke or grill. It's not a contest but I'm looking to try something different than my usual wings or brats for gameday. Appetizers would probably work best!

Quick question, ABTs I've heard are amazing, but can you make them without cream cheese (substitute shredded cheese) and get similar results?

There's a tailgate throwdown going on right now. You might not get all the best recipes until they've been used to make the throwdown dish. I did turkey leg lollipops and they were fantastic! I used Philadelphia Cheese in my ABT(s) for the throwdown.

Other things I cooked were bacon wrapped tator tots, meat balls, and wings.

You can wrap the meat balls for Moinks. You could also do Pork Shots.

When you do your tailgate make sure to enter into the throwdown!
