sundays ribs


 
cooked for about 5 hours using 2+2+1 method
at about 225-240 temp
turned out good not excellent

On the Q with smokenator and apple wood chips using the paper clip trick to try and keep her tight




pretty neat! Do you find that it helps? Gotta give ya props for thinking outside the box!
 
forget where i read about the paper clip trick, with mine it makes a difference no more smoke leaking out. and for the 2 bucks the clips cost well worth it
can't wait for this weekends smoke :)
