Some grilled proteins

I've been bad about posting cooks lately; apologies. Here's a few fairly recent cooks of some grilled meat.

Some steak tips. Mostly a NE thing.





Some tied pork. These were tasty. I left the ties in. No noticeable difference.



Got them to temp. All cooked on the Performer. Sandwiches.



And some ribs, Mike Mills' style.


I apologize for not posting more pics lately. Eye candy.

Do you cut the steak into chunks, I assume that's sirloin. A local steakhouse by me offers sirloin tips, highly recommended!

Tbh, I got the steak tips from a butcher. Sirloin for sure.

And I just realized the pork was done on the wsm. My bad.

I cut them after cooking.
