I've been bad about posting cooks lately; apologies. Here's a few fairly recent cooks of some grilled meat.

Some steak tips. Mostly a NE thing.

Some tied pork. These were tasty. I left the ties in. No noticeable difference.

Got them to temp. All cooked on the Performer. Sandwiches.

Do you cut the steak into chunks, I assume that's sirloin. A local steakhouse by me offers sirloin tips, highly recommended!
