Ok there will be plenty of **** once the cook starts but wanted to share my ghetto stoker WSM adapter! I have the big 25 cfm fan attached to my JOS cooker but needed some brisket and wanted to play with the new wifi update. So a trip to the big box and 3 dollars and a few beers later this is the outcome!
Should work out I hope.....putting to briskets on in the early morning. Will keep yea posted!
