Smoking with peach tree wood....

yes. Yes! YES!!!!!!! Run, do NOT walk, and get that stuff into your possession! It's great to cook with. We have a stack of peach logs out by the logburner. Divine on pork.

Absolutely! Get as much as you can, maybe even a little more. Split it and let it air dry for at least six months. What you can't use share with others!
