1-1/2 cups Cider Vinegar
1 cup water
1 Tblsp Black Pepper (Course Ground)
1 Tblsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tblsp Salt
2 Tblsp Brown Sugar
Mix on low-medium Heat until blended. I was playing around the other day and I came up with this little blend..I'm not a big fan of Eastern NC Vinegar Sauces, but this one was nice and mild when I blended it together...can't wait to taste it over some Pig this weekend!!!!
