Temps of -20 and windchills of -50 have gone, and it was a perfect day to fire-up the Performer for my 2nd cook. The CEO wanted chicken breasts so here we go:
Tried my hand at lump for the first time; RO lump getting going. Also added a couple chunks of cherry.

Chicken seasoned liberally with Weber's Kickin' Chicken and started indirect.

Chicken was moist, and the seasoning was awesome with a hint of smoke flavor. The CEO was happy, and so was I.
